Minnesota meets California: Photos

I remember when I first started this particular blog. It was all about my wedding planning! Sharing all the ideas I had found, from my DIY Invites, to my Welcome Bags, to TWO Reception planning, the whole works!!

I also came across various posts regarding life, football, my cakes, my crafts, and just about everything you can think of!! I USED to blog just about EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!!
I took some time this morning to take a stroll down "Memory Lane" via my Blog, and I am sooo happy that I blogged everything that I did. Some people would say "Why did you blog about that?" or..."Why did you share 'that' picture?". Well, I did it for this very reason!! So I can, in the future, look back and read my blog and see what was going on in my life at that point and time. After all, this blog was essentially created as a way for me to journal my every day life and one day, when I'm old(er) and grey(er) I have all of my memories here!!
I've noticed a BIG gap between posts which actually started after we returned from our Cruise Wedding in April of 2010. Wow!
There are things so precious in life that we all take for granted and I, for one, have seen a lot of things in MY life that I personally have taken for granted ~ so, I'm totally going to re-evaluate MY life and everything that's in it, around it, supporting it, and the like!!
While we're a little more than half way thru the month of May ~ just about reaching the half way point of 2012, I'm going to make a few Life Goals and start NOW!!
* I'm going to commit to blogging at least once a day for the next 365 days* I'm going to make a task list every night before I go to bed for what I want to accomplish the next day* I'm going to commit to 'walking' once a day* I'm going to get back in the routine of making my dinner menu's on a weekly basis(and sticking to it)* I'm going to have some quiet time for about 20 minutes a day!!
